Flight Tickets and Accommodation

We have tied up with Yatra Online as a travel partner to provide support to all participants traveling to Mumbai for LIBF 2026 for booking mainly their flight tickets and hotels if required. The process is as under:

  1. Log on to the Yatra Online website https://www.yatra.com and register for an account.
  2. Select your preferred flights / hotels.
  3. Please use the promo Code YATRALIBF2026 to avail the discounts before proceeding for final payment
  4. Proceed to make payment once discount due to code is applied
  5. Receive the flight tickets / hotel vouchers once payment is processed on your email

Flat 10% off up to INR 2,000 on Domestic Flight Bookings.

Hotels and Car Hire In Mumbai

We have directly tied up with below listed hotels for special rates and also hold block of rooms for the participants visiting Mumbai for LIBF 2026 to assist in smooth arrangements. Nirvaana Holidays has been appointed as a travel partner to provide support to all participants traveling to Mumbai for LIBF 2026 for booking these hotels and car requirements in Mumbai with rates specially negotiated for the event. The process is as under:

Hotel Bookings (Mail us for booking at traveldesk@libf.co)
  1. Please share your full name as per government id, mobile no. and email id.
  2. Please share your preferred hotel from below list along with check in and check out dates, single / double occupancy requirements.
  3. The team will process the booking and share tentative confirmation along with the amount payable and payment options.
  4. Post payment is processed the team will share the final confirmation voucher.
  5. Room rent and all applicable taxes will be collected for entire duration of stay. All extras will be on direct payment basis.
  6. Participant to present the voucher at hotel to avail the facility.
Car Hire (For transfer between Airport and Hotels / Transfer between Hotel and Jio Convention Centre, Gate 19, BKC) (Mail us for booking at traveldesk@libf.co)

Hotel Notes
  1. Rates are per night and inclusive of breakfast (unless specified) & Wi Fi and excluding all applicable taxes.
  2. Taxes: Room rates between Rs.1001 to Rs.7500 – GST @ 12%. Room rates above Rs.7501 – GST @ 18%.
  3. Check In: 1400 hrs / Check Out: 1200 hrs.
  4. Early check in / late check out subject to availability. Extra charges as applicable on direct payment. All other extras also on direct payment basis.
  5. Rates are subject to change and rooms will be subject to availability. We will try our best to accommodate in your preferred hotel and if not alternative will be suggested and booked.
  6. Cancellation / Rebooking charges applicable as per hotel policy.
  7. Bus transfer between Hotel & Jio Convention Centre Gate no. 19 can be considered if more than 25 participants in a particular hotel. Details to be shared later.
